The Smart Macerator Control – 24V is an essential component for marine and boating applications, ensuring the reliable operation of your macerator pump. Designed to monitor both the motor and pump, it prevents dry runs and overloads, safeguarding your marine sanitation systems and enhancing overall performance.

Key Features

• Automatic Shutdown: If the pump fails to prime within 7 seconds or operates dry for more than 5 seconds, the control unit will automatically shut down the pump to prevent damage.
• Easy Reset: The SMC control can be easily reset by toggling the on/off switch without needing to cut power completely.
• Preventative Maintenance: When power is continuously supplied, the control periodically jogs the macerator pump for a few milliseconds every seven days to prevent impeller binding.
• Overload Protection: If the pump draws more than 20 amps, the control unit will shut down the pump to avoid electrical overloads.
